Join Lauren & Anthony on an exercise adventure via Zoom from the comfort of your play room.

In every Jump & Jiggle class you can expect song, dance, yoga and pilates principles, cardio, stretching, but most of all fun, silliness and adventure! It’s 30 minutes of exercise for kids, disguised in imaginative play.

We host casual school holiday classes, and facilitate classes for fitness centres, play groups, childcare and early learning centres.

Join us on an adventure designed by Lauren and Anthony to captivate kids, all the while giving them a full workout for the body and the mind. We’ve been on exercise adventures into space, camping, and to the zoo! Our imaginations can take us anywhere!

Jump & Jiggle is perfect for kids aged 3 - 8. Carers often join in as well, but most relish the 30 minutes of distracted kids to relish an uninterrupted hot cuppa!
